By using WalkOnJams, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

WalkOnJams is a community platform for creating, sharing, and playing walk-on music. Users bring their own Spotify Developer app credentials to enable playback and search functionality. A Spotify Premium account is required for playback.

User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use WalkOnJams. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to manipulate vote counts or game the system
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service
  • Interfere with the service or its infrastructure

Spotify Content

WalkOnJams integrates with the Spotify Platform. By using Spotify features within WalkOnJams, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • WalkOnJams makes no warranties on behalf of Spotify. Spotify content is provided "as-is."
  • You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from Spotify content accessed through WalkOnJams.
  • Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and is entitled to directly enforce them.
  • Playback requires a Spotify Premium subscription and is subject to Spotify's own Terms of Use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

WalkOnJams is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalkOnJams and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
