About Forrest Griffin
American retired mixed martial artist who won the first season of The Ultimate Fighter in 2005, beating Stephan Bonnar in a bout credited with sparking the UFC's mainstream growth. He went on to win the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship in 2008, entered the UFC Hall of Fame in 2013, and now serves as Vice President of Athlete Development at the UFC Performance Institute.
